If there is sufficient legal basis, we hold the other party liable on your behalf. We handle all correspondence with the insurer or their lawyer and ensure that liability is acknowledged. You don’t need to make contact or follow complex procedures yourself, we do that for you.
We arrange your compensation
Once liability is acknowledged, we get to work on securing full compensation. We inventory your damages, collect medical and financial information, and negotiate with the opposing party for a fair settlement. You pay nothing, our costs are covered by the liable party.
